All our products are designed and developed in France, in our office in Annecy. Since 2018, we have been working with our partner in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) to develop prototypes and handle production. More info.

Repairs under warranty are free, or partially covered under certain conditions. We work with repair workshops in France and across Europe. Request a repair.

Orders are prepared and shipped by our logistics partner in Annecy. In France, delivery takes between 1 and 3 working days. Please allow a few extra days for the rest of Europe.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to change your mind. Simply return the unused product, at your own expense, in its original packaging to our warehouse. More info in the Customer Service section.

Take care of your bag! Gently brush and rinse with lukewarm soapy water as soon as a stain appears. Occasional machine washing is possible at max. 30°C.
