Take care of your bag! Gently brush and rinse with lukewarm soapy water as soon as a stain appears. Occasional machine washing is possible at max. 30°C.

Orders are prepared and shipped by our logistics partner in Annecy. In France, delivery takes between 1 and 3 working days. Please allow a few extra days for the rest of Europe.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to change your mind. Simply return the unused product, at your own expense, in its original packaging to our warehouse. More info in the Customer Service section.

Because Hoïan is a charming town in central Vietnam. A kind of small Venice, filled with thousands of lanterns. We wanted to name our hip bags after this magical place as a tribute to the country we have been working with for many years.
