Right of withdrawal.

If you change your mind, no longer want the product, it doesn’t suit you, or you simply wish to exchange it, you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. But at MeroMero, we give you up to one full month to decide. To do so, please follow the return procedure below.


Before you start.

⚠️ Please note: once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Make sure the information provided is correct (valid email address, complete shipping address, etc.). Your order is automatically entered into our system and sent to our warehouse overnight.


Returns procedure.

1. Print the return form included in the email you received when your order was confirmed.
2. Tick the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Enter the reason for your return (always useful for us).
4. Please ensure that returned products are new, clean, and preferably with their tags and original packaging. We must be able to restock them. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to issue a full refund.
5. Place the return form inside your parcel.
6. Send the parcel back to us (at your own expense) within 30 days from the delivery date. Be sure to keep your proof of postage in case of any claim.
7. Once received at our warehouse, the parcel will be inspected and restocked. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 30 days, although we do everything we can to refund you as quickly as possible.

⚠️ Important: no item will be refunded without the return form, as we need it to identify the order.

If you can’t find your order confirmation email, please contact us via the form and provide as much information as possible (order number, name, etc.). We’ll find your order in our system and resend the confirmation email.

No worries, you can return the bag in the torn packaging or in any other protective plastic wrapping. Our warehouse will replace it and/or add new tags before restocking the product.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, you’ll need to return it (at your own expense) for restocking and refund (same procedure as a withdrawal), and then place a new order.

Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse, our team will process your return, inspect the item, restock it, and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Please note that this process can take up to 30 days.

Your order is confirmed on our side as soon as your bank validates the payment through 3D Secure. Once the payment is approved, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with your order number and invoice.


If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s still not there, the email address entered during checkout may contain a small typo. In that case, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to check your order status with you.

Although the law allows you to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, it’s important to understand that this “change of mind” has a real logistical and environmental cost.

By charging for returns, we aim to encourage more thoughtful purchasing decisions and help reduce unnecessary shipments.


Please note that we already cover preparation and shipping costs on orders over €90 (costs that are not reimbursed to us in case of withdrawal), as well as restocking fees charged by our warehouse.
