Now recently retired and mother of two daughters, she has settled in the Vercors. She co-founded ZeCamp, a "sports-themed hotel," alongside two other ski champions: Loïs Habert (her husband) and Robin Duvillard.

On top of all that, Marie is now a certified Mid-Mountain Guide (AMM), sharing her knowledge of nature, birds, medicinal and edible plants with hikers on the plateau.
