All in all, many of you never fixed the MINI-SQUAMISH (now called ANNECY) on a bike. So we decided to release his twin brother, but without the Velcro system in the back. The WANAKA is therefore an exact copy of the ANNECY, but with a comfortable 3D mesh back. Ideal for your outings in the city, on a trip or in the mountains…

Eco-designed in Annecy: our products are created to last for years and accompany you in all your adventures as parents, backpackers, photographers, cyclists, hard workers, students...

Recycled and/or eco-responsible materials: ultra-resistant 1000D 100% recycled nylon certified GRS (Global Recycling Standard) and Bluesign®. Water repellent PFC-free treatment. Eco-responsible leather GOLD certified tannery by LWR (Leather Working Group). All materials meet European REACH regulations.

Responsible manufacturing: we have been working for years with a Japanese partner in Vietnam, specializing in technical products (safety harnesses, paragliding wings and backpacks). They are ISO 9001 certified (quality), ISO 14001 certified (environmental management system) and WRAP (World Responsible Accredited Production) certification. This audit, carried out every year, is the largest environmental, professional and ethical certification program in the world.

"Less" polluting transport: the factory is located 80km from the seaport of Ho Chi Minh in southern Vietnam. We optimize the loadings in the containers as much as possible. The goods are then transported by boat to Fos-sur-Mer in the south of France. When we're not in a hurry, we take a barge up the Rhône river and the last km are done by truck to our warehouse in Annecy. Sometimes we bring in a few boxes by air, but this is exceptional.

Storage and preparation of orders with a logistician in Annecy.: plastic tape replaced by kraft tape. Cushioning in cardboard or recycled plastic. We are thinking about setting up reusable envelopes to send your order. But you will have to play the game and remember to return the cover (prepaid).

Sending your order is carbon neutral: through Colissimo or DPD.

Repair and second-hand sale: we work with repair centers in France and in Europe. All returns (that are not repaired and sent back to you) through customer service are repaired and then sold as second hands on our Instagram.

Recyclable: recycled nylon can be recycled over and over (and over) again. But if at some point your MeroMero bag is no longer usable (or reparable) don't throw it away, we will recycle it. Contact us and we'll explain what to do.

Order preparation: our products are shipped by our partner logistics provider in Annecy. The orders are sent by the Colissimo or DPD Predict service (choice at the time of ordering) of the La Poste group. You can also pick up your order directly at the counter from the warehouse in the Annecy-Epagny area (you can choose this option while making your order).

Delivery times in metropolitan France: this varies from 1 to 3 working days from the day the order is shipped (1 day after placing your order). Add some more days for the rest of Europe.

Delivery costs: free without minimum of order via DPD Predict. Also free at the warehouse (Annecy).

Packaging: all our products are packed in a clean (plastic) bag. We are currently working on a reduction or even a complete alternative to these ""polybags""... but we are not there yet. We are also in the process of setting up reusable envelopes so that we no longer use new boxes.

Return conditions: you have a withdrawal period of 14 days (after receipt of your order) to return the product to us new and in its original packaging. More info on the right of withdrawal you can find in the Customer Service section.

Je le trouve vraiment peu pratique.

Pas assez épais, pas assez large donc très limité d’un point de vue pratique. C’est d’autant plus vrai dès l’instant où l’on met un pc portable dedans.

Je voyais ça un peu plus grand mais c’est peut-être la répartition de l’espace qui donne cette impression. Avoir du volume réparti en hauteur ne répond qu’à certains cas d’usage.

Il manque une poche pour ranger quelques élements séparés comme un livre par exemple.

C’est dommage de ne pas inclure de sangle pectoral, ça rend l’expérience encore moins bonne.

Sinon il est plutôt léger et agréable à porter quand il est relativement vide 😅

Disposant de la sacoche pour guidon donc je suis plutôt satisfait, j’avais sans doute des attentes trop élevées.

  Merci pour votre retour. Du coup, je vais vous apporter la même réponse que je vous ai déjà laissé sur Google, suite à votre avis.
  Comme je vous le disais, on est assez étonnés par votre avis dans le sens où ce genre de retours reste assez subjectif (taille, forme, praticité… ). J’ai du mal à comprendre votre retour négatif sur “le volume réparti en hauteur”, mais idem, ça reste très personnel. Si vous avez besoin de plus grand, il y a le SQUAMISH. Pour la poche séparée, on a fait le choix de rester minimaliste. Il y a une poche pour l’ordi (moi perso, j’y glisse 1 ordi 14 pouces, 1 iPad 13 pouces et un gros cahier A4, et tout rendre parfaitement). J’ai encore de la place pour ma trousse à cable (et j’en ai beaucoup) et mon (gros) casque audio. On a tout de même une poche filet en plus, et une autre, cachée dans le dos à l’extérieur.
  Pour la sangle pectorale, elle est disponible en option au prix de 5€TTC, car la plupart des gens qui achètent le sac pour un usage urbain n’en ont pas besoin. On voulait éviter d’augmenter le prix si ce n’est pas utile.
  Mais je suis contente de lire que vous avec la PIHA et que vous en êtes plutôt satisfait 🙂

Il manque peut-être une petite poche à l’extérieur !
